If you are reading this, you most likely did NOT pass your exams.
IF you did not pass with the State required 75% or higher, there are two options next: 1) You can attempt the next exams by scheduling your exam HERE if you are comfortable. BUT, we don't suggest that. You should review all your answers from home - you can do that by logging into the account again, clicking on this same exam, and then hitting "REVIEW" where you can see your answers and the correct reasons why another answer was right. 2) Once you review your answers, you will find that you (usually) fall into one of two categories: Category A These are the people who are very prepared, know the materials and context but are nervous and have anxiety about testing in general. This is common. If you failed the exam but really know the materials, there is a SUPER high probability that you changed answers, flagged your answers, skipped around, and over all, doubted yourself. This is the number one reason people don't pass. You have to relax. Understand, in this test, same with the state test, THE ANSWER IS PROVIDED TO YOU - you just have to choose the RIGHT ONE! Often times, there are two good answers, but only one is right, you have to determine why one is better. Review your exams, look for the "silly" mistakes and the "gotcha" type questions. Become ok with not passing and get over it. LEARN what you did wrong, and more important, UNDERSTAND, nothing happened! Really - nothing bad happened by not passing! You can attempt it again, this time with less stress and more confidence that you know the materials but made silly mistakes, went to fast, or doubted yourself. TRY AGAIN but have more confidence and less worry. Category B These people in category B - are flat out, not prepared. You have NOT done the work required, you are NOT ready for this exam and are most likely going into the exam knowing you won't pass. Please. Don't do this to you or us. Why would you attempt something with the understanding you are not ready? This is a huge mistake, and one that now cost you an exam attempt. If you are rushing because you are out of time, GET AN EXTENSION! Don't try to fail, TRY TO PASS - and you pass by being prepared, ready and capable. THERE IS NOT ONE QUESTION ON OUR EXAMS THAT WILL BE FOREIGN TO YOU - It is all in the materials. 3) You can prepare more on your own and attempt the next exams when you are ready, using the same link as above but remember, you have a maximum of 3 exam attempts and if the second exam is failed, an assessment will be provided which must be done before the 3rd and final attempt will be made available. YOU WILL NOT SEE DUPLICATE QUESTIONS ON ANY EXAM! HOPING TO PASS BY MEMORIZING and REPEATING QUESTIONS WILL NOT WORK.In our opinion, you are setting yourself up for failure in the real world of real estate if you don't take these exams seriously. Every situation is different, every client is different and every brokerage is different. You will NOT be successful if you don't put the effort in NOW! |
